We are new to this area of Tampa. We found ourselves in need of stitches for our 7 year old and wanted to avoid going all the way to the children's hospitals. St. Timothy urgent care staff was able to provide the care we needed, quickly, kindly, and effectively. We returned 7 days later to have stitches removed. My 7 year old had a wonderful experience and healed beautifully. Much to my surprise we have been back to their office several times since then for our other children dealing with chronic abdominal pain, and again for abrasions obtained for a dirt bike crash. At this point, I believe we have been seen and/or treated by every staff member they have. And each time our experience has been timely, friendly, and healing. I highly recommend keeping St. Timothy Urgent Care on your list! Especially when you can't get into your usual doctor's office quickly, have an acute need, or even just for IV fluids! Dr. Guirguis is a take action kind of doc. He will provide a thorough exam to evaluate your concerns and order any and all testing necessary to get the answers and treatment you need. I am so relieved to have this resource easily accessible for my family.
